Online participants:

If you purchase a ticket to attend online and become unable to attend the live broadcast, you will have access to the recordings for 60 days.

If you are in need of a refund for your online ticket, a refund is available at any time prior to October 4, the start of the retreat. Your cancellation also cancels your access to the recordings. There will be a $20 cancellation fee to cover transaction fees.

In-person registrations:

Cancellation before September 24:  
Prior to 10 days before the program, an in-person ticket may be switched to online at your request.  You will receive a refund of $130, the difference between the in-person and online tuition ($330 - $200 = $130).  Add-on fees, e.g., the $70 transportation fee, will also be fully refunded.  

If you wish to cancel your in-person ticket before Sept 24 and do not want online access, you will receive a refund of $310.  There will be a $20 cancellation fee to cover transaction fees.

Cancellation after September 24:
If your in-person cancellation occurs within the 10 days before the retreat starts, we will withhold $120 for meal costs because we are obligated to pay the caterer for all reserved meals, and you will receive a refund of $210 ($330 - $120 = $210).

If you wish to cancel your in-person ticket after Sept 24 and don’t want online access, you will receive a refund of $190. We will need to withhold $120 for meal costs, plus the $20 cancellation fee. ($330 - $120 - $20 = $190)

If you change from in-person attendance to online, you will have access to the recordings for 60 days.
