Online participants:

If you purchase a ticket to attend online and become unable to attend the live broadcast, you will have access to the recordings until December 31st, 2025.

If you are in need of a refund for your online ticket, a refund is available at any time prior to October 13th, 2025. Your cancellation also cancels your access to the recordings. There will be a $10 cancellation fee to cover transaction fees.

In-person registrations:

Cancellation before October 7th:  

Prior to 10 days before the program, an in-person ticket may be switched to online at your request. You will receive a refund of $290, the difference between the in-person and online tuition ($440 - $150 = $290).

If you wish to cancel your in-person ticket before October 7, and do not want online access, you will receive a refund of $420. There will be a $20 cancellation fee to cover incurred transaction fees.

Cancellation after October 7th:

If your in-person cancellation occurs within the 10 days before the retreat starts, we will withhold $50 for meal costs in addition to the difference between the in-person and online tuition because we are obligated to pay for all reserved meals, and you will receive a refund of $240. ($440 - $50 -$150 = $240)

If you wish to cancel your in-person ticket after October 7 and don’t want online access, you will receive a refund of $370. We will need to withhold $50 for meal costs, plus the $20 cancellation fee. ($440 - $50 - $20 = $370)

If you change from in-person attendance to online, you will have access to the recordings until December 31st, 2025.
